The Force Heal says that if Cade touches someone, he can heal them for 40 HP. The question I wanna know - can Cade use the heal on himself?

What? What did you think the thread was about? If you check the "Glossary" Button on this site, you can find the definitions of many game terms. Often, these definitions will answer the majority of questions you have about their functionality: touch Some special abilities and Force powers have a range of touch, meaning they can be used only on adjacent characters or on the acting character.
