the text reads "each needing 11 to succeed" does that mean it needs an exact roll of 11 in order for it to work? if so and with a 5% probability, is it still worth it to use in battle?

Whenever you make a save, you need to roll the listed number or higher to suceed in the ability. This is covered in the rulebook under Saves.

i understand that, but the text just reads "each needing 11..." not "save 11". so is that just another wording of "save 11" or "exactly 11"?
