My buddy and I are playing on the Hoth base map. At one point I had a character adjacent to a door leaving it open. I had a R7 droid override the door behind it. When I move the character that is opening the front door does the door behind no longer have the override effect since the R7 no longer has line of sight.

No. The Override remains in effect until the end of that character's next turn, the character is defeated, or another Override removes the current one. Override will remain in effect if the Override character loses LOS to the door before its next turn.

The door would still be affected by override until the R7's next turn, at which point he has to choose another door unless LOS is reestablished.
