In this corner....
So I'm reading the Cad Bane and Boba Fett, Bounty Hunter comments, which I've done before, but an idea came to my head this time. In a 150 pt battle, where the object was for Cad to kill Boba, or vice versa, who would you assemble to assist each participant? Which faction presents the best choices to aid one in the death of the other? What map would yield the most competative matchup? All damage to one or the other Bounty Hunter has to come from the nemisis Bounty Hunter, so its just a matter of support pieces, though support pieces may kill opponent support pieces, and the Bounty Hunters may kill each other's support characters.

This sounds like a great idea. I have to give it some though, but i probably would include A healer with a bacta tank. If I was using Cad bane, I might try fitting Cade Skywalker in, then just a bunch of low point activations. I 've gotta try this.

Swapping to get adjacent (and negate Evade) is a good start.
Upping the damage done per shot would be the next big step. Boba needs at least 40 damage per hit to defeat Cad in one turn. Where-as Cad only needs 30 damage per hit to defeat Boba. (assuming all attacks hit)
OR....upping the number of attacks would have the same affect as upping the damage per hit. Cad has the obvious advantage there with having GMA naturally. However, just add a TBSV to Boba and he has GMA as well.
A Czerka would be interesting to try and activate the opponent. The list could go on and on...

I haven't had much time to look at this myself since I wrote it, due to work being hectic. Yes, I had considered swapping. I am looking at it first from the Boba side. Republic gives you options like Panaka, R2-D2 astromech droid. One thing about my rules I might have to change to accommodate for damage from say a Gungan shield bearer, which is not another piece making a direct attack against one or the other main competitor, and also whether to allow attacks of opportunity. It could end up being like a chess match. With each side trying to out activate each other with cheap pieces. Like a dog fight. Circling trying to look for the perfect opportunity to rush in for a kill. It's a bit of a microcosm of the regular game. You still have to worry about door control, and initiative can play a huge part.
In a tournament, does player show their team to an official, who then approves them and allows them to be placed simultaneously, or does one player have to set up first?
