ok so i been playing around with republic and found out really fast that the teams i been putting together can get frightening fast and i mean very frightening, but a lot of this depends on CE stacks and i wanted to know what is legal and whats not so lets put this in perspective,

base regualr 9 point clone+GOWK+GM Yoda+Gree(squad assault)+ clone commander+elite clone commander+ Yurlan+cover = D28 A24 and many more little things

is this really true?

No.

Yoda, Gowk, Elite Clone Commander and Clone Commander all provide a simple bonus to base stats, you only get 1. Yularen and Gree grant distinct abilities that add to base stats, so you would have access to both of those if you meet the built in conditions of each.

You have this half right.

You can't stack two of the same things like Cunning, Opportunist or a direct bonus to base stats. Since Two clone commanders provide the same CE, it doesn't stack. Just like your previous example, an Elite CC or a Clone Commander each provide a bonus to defense or attack, respectively. GOWK provides to both, so you eaither use Gowk or the two clone commanders

In the rulebook. Where ever you read above, you simply misread it.

To be fair, the definition does use a poor example. They should have used two different commanders (i.e. Aayla Secura and the Clone Trooper Commander) to point out that two flat bonus don't stack.

in the rules it says things may not stack if they are the same like the comanders but it never spesified the flat boosts or not

While it is conditional, it is still a flat boost. And a flat boost does not stack with a flat boost.

It is a flat bonus; it just has a conditional requirement (very similar to GOWK's CE). The Clone Commander's CE would stack with other flat bonuses it the CE granted a named ability (like if he gave Careful Shot instead of the straight attack boost).

If you look under "Commander Effects" in the Glossary Terms tab, then the definition will lead into how straight bonuses don't stack.

Yep, it's pointed out in the second sentence of the second paragraph of the glossary definition of Commander Effect
