If i have ulic and the ultimate in the same squad could i use jaina?

Nope

Jaina can only be in a Mando squad. If you are starting your squad with Uliq it is a Sith squad (even though all your guys turn mando at the start of the skirmish from Mandalor the Ultimate, it is still a Sith squad.

Very similar to the Garm Bel Iblis and the Vong Ossus Guardian. If you read the FAQ on that then you should get this one and others like it no problem.

Keep in mind, this is allowed on Bloomilk due to how Affinity works in the squad builder. This is an error in the program, sadly.
