Q If the target character has only 10 HP left, does the user of Sith Hunger still get 20 ?

Ya know, I knew, just knew, if the answer was yes (thanks for the quick response) I'd be seeing that comment.  You still should have activated the Dark Jedi Assassin first. (even then I'd have won  )
