Our 3yo son Daniel has been exhibiting worrying behaviour for a while now, and today my wife too him to a pediatic specialist to get checked out. It seems there's a extremely strong possibility that he has Autism or Asperger's Syndrome. I'm not surprised because I work as a teacher aide helping a lot of kids who are on the autism spectrum, and I've been seeing little things with Dan that have worried me for a while.
This is just a tough time for us as a family. So if you are a person of faith please pray for Daniel and for my wife Kylie and me (Matt).

We will add you and your family to our prayers.  There is a guy who comes onto Bloomilk every now and then. He is a good buddy of mine and if I remember correctly he has Asperger's Syndrome. We talk through email almost everyday. If you have any questions I'm sure he'd be happy to answer them. He goes by CC-23478 here on Bloomilk. He's a good kid.

Well, we have a preliminary autism diagnosis.
Feeling gutted and relieved all at the same time. Thank you everyone for your prayers, and please continue to pray for us. We know that God created Daniel just the way he wanted him to be, and chose us to be his parents. Now we move forward.
