Sorry to be bothersome with all these questions. Does a character with Heavy/Lift (ASP-whatever; or the T1 droid) have to stay put to use his Lift SA? I remember hearing soe controvery over the relationship between between Heavy Weapon/Lift; some people saying that while you cant move and attack (b/c of HW) you can still move the normal 6 and use Lift since its not an attack. Clarification would be nice.

No, you do not have to stay still. (Heavy) Lift replaces attacks, and Heavy Weapon only occurs on actual Attacks (rolling the d20).

The ASP-7 is an underrated piece, IMO.
Handy for getting an ally out of danger, or positioning them for multiple attacks.

You can pull off some door tricks with them too.

Granted, the T-1 is much better, at higher cost. And fun to use with Droid Mark. Sneaky

My brother destroyed me with a squad that had two T1 Bulk Loaders lifting one of the Aura Sings around. I could barely get a shot on her. I'm fairly sure he also had Grievous DAC in their to make the T1s almost impossible to hit too. Frustrating game, but a very clever squad.
