I'm stuck on what to use for this ability, which do you think?
1.(Whenever this character has no allies within 6 squares, this character may not be targeted by an enemy until this character targets an enemy. Characters of the Yuuzhan Vong faction ignore this special ability.)
2.(Whenever this character has no allies within 6 squares, this character may not be targeted by an enemy until this character targets an enemy. At the start of each round, the enemy may negate this ability with a save of 16. If this character is within 6 squares of an ally, the save of 16 is reduced to a save of 11.)

If this character has not activated this round and has no allies within 6 squares, he does not count as a legal target.

I like yours better, thanks.
Edit: I like it, but I would like so it could be canceled out by characters with a force rating somehow. My goal is to make it so it could be as if the character that had this ability could discretely join enemy ranks while sending information to his allies at the same time.

You could make a force power with limited range (6?) which cancels Stealth, super stealth and Infiltration. Something like Force Sense 2.
