I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to locally (i.e., not on the web) track your SWM collection besides MM? Maybe an excel file, or some other system someone has put together.
I love MM and use it all the time for my primary collection. But, I have a sub collection of minis that are not open and I want to find a way to track them separately from my main collection (and locally).

Im at work and can't look into this now, but i believe that the collection you build into MM exports to a single file. You could move the file that has you bulk collection to a different folder. This will create a new blank collection when you launch MM. add your exclusive collection to MM. Then, move that smaller sub collection folder to a new location on your computer. Move the original file back. Now you have full access to your commonly used collection, but also have your sub collection on file.
