Well, if it's just the VR/R you're selling, I'd say an easy $500 and above. If you throw in like couple hundred UC/C, easily $700+

I think you'd be better served by breaking it up and selling the figures individually (or at least in smaller chunks). To get the maximum value out of the collection you need to find a buyer who is both willing to spend a lot of money and has few of the minis above. I don't think there are many people like that. Someone new who can use all the minis isn't going to be invested enough in the game to drop the kind of money you'd want and someone old will already have a chunk of your list and won't be excited about paying top dollar for duplicates.
Breaking it up into smaller lots is almost always more money (more work, but more money as well). Sell your 100 VR's on ebay at $10 each and they'll go fast, but I can't see an individual giving your $1,000 for the set.

I would almost say that you would be better off trying to sell to some of the online sellers (websites) instead of trying to sell via e-bay, but that is just my opinion.
