I looked on the-holocron.com and tried to search the forums but didn't find the answer, so I'll ask the question here. Say a character has Double Attack and Poison +10. The Glossary text for this ability says, "This character gets a +10 bonus to Damage whenever it hits a living enemy. The target can avoid this extra damage with a save of 11." Does that mean that the Poison +10 applies to both of the Double Attacks, or does it only count once? Also, I read this on the-holocron.com and am rather confused by it:
Q: Spit Poison is defined to do "Damage" on the card but "damage" in the glossary. If the card is correct does that mean I can stack Poison +10 Damage with Spit Poison for example?
A: No. The Glossary is correct. It's a typo on the card and should be a lower case "d" when determining other interactions.
What exactly does this mean? Does Poison +10 stack with Spit Poison 20 or not? From just reading this and the Glossary definitions of "Damage" and "damage" (which really didn't help at all because they seem like the same thing to me), I would think that the two don't stack, especially because Spit Poison replaces attacks. I know that there was another thread somewhere that tried to address this problem, but it never reached a conclusive answer and I didn't think it appropriate to resurrect a 6-month old thread.

The target rolls for Poison each time an attack hits.
As for the rest of it, it has to do mainly with how abilities like Cunning Attack and Deceptive, as well as CE's like Captain Antilles or the Stormtrooper Commander, have been written to only apply to attacks, not whenever an ability to cause damage through non-attacks, like Grenades, Force Lightning, or Spit Poison. Damage pretty much refers to when the Damage stat is used.

Also, on a somewhat related note, does the damage bonus granted by Nen Yim's Master Shaper SA get multiplied by critical hits? The SA doesn't say one way or the other, but Shaper +10 does get multiplied, so I'm inclined to think that the SA bonus does get multiplied.

Spit Poison is not an attack, so Poison can't be used with it. Also, whether or not a power replaces attacks doesn't necessarily mean it isn't an attack, as there are multiple powers that replace attacks, but grant actual attacks.
Yes, Master Shaper is multiplied on a crit. This is covered on the Rules Insert.

Rules Insert? Did that come with the cards for the DotF set? I wouldn't know because I didn't order a set of the cards. Anyway, thanks so much for the incredibly quick responses, Sithborg. You're hands down my favorite Rules Guy/Mod (but don't tell the others).

It is on the Gamer's website: http://www.swmgamers.com/page.php?44I did finally get it linked on the Rules Links at the top.
