If you have the Yammosk, and the other opponent has reinforcements, do you select the commander effect you steal before or after he has chosen his reinforcements?

I believe we went with after, even though it would technically be simultaneous.

It's simultaneous, but occurs after as it is the only way to satisfy the Yammosk's ability fully.

I'm curious how the Peace Brigade Thug works with the Yammosk. The Yuuzhan Vong War Coordinator SA says, "Special abilities that grant bonuses to Yuuzhan Vong within 6 squares... have unlimited range..." The Peace Brigade Thug's Yuuzhan Vong Collaborator says, "Yuuzhan Vong get +1 Attack for each character with Yuuzhan Vong Collaborator within 4 squares of their target." Does this mean that the PBT's SA is affected by the Yammosk or not? I'm thinking not.

I am going to say no. The wording is a lot like General Obi-wan Kenobi's CE, which isn't affected by Booming Voice.
Yuuzhan Vong Collaborator already has no range, it already effects all Yuuzhan Vong on the board.
That and the 4 vs 6 already makes it ineligible, not matter what.

what if you have a yammosk, and reinforcements. Do you have to choose the borrowed commander effect, of the reinforcements 1st?

I just want to confirm a few things in case it comes up in our tourny Saturday.
So if this all happens simultaneously:
If I have a yammosk, and my opponent has reinforcements, can I wait choose the borrowed commander effect until I see what he chooses to bring in?
If I have a yammosk and reinforcents, can i wait to choose the borrowed commander effect until after I choose my reinforcements?
My opponent has Admiral Pellaeon:
Is it okay if I take the commander effect of the piece that he ends up replacing?
If I wait until after he replaces that piece, do I lose the choice of that commander effect?

No to both. You take the commander effect before that happens. After he sees your squad he can replace. Yammosk says "during setup". But you do end up keeping the effect you stole, even if he swaps it out.

His CE takes place AFTER setup, which is after reinforcements are chosen and after the Yammosk chooses a CE. If Pellaeon brings in a new commander, his CE is ineligible to be copied.
