Since the Designers have already begun working on V-Set 3, it's time to start the thread for V-Set 4! The previous thread here will be closed as soon as a mod can get to it and will be examined (your opinion really does count) so let your ideas flourish for the next set. Post what characters, special abilities, Force powers, and even commander effects that you would like to see.
We do need you to please pay attention to what is already been taken care of in V-Set 1 and V-Set 2 (the set list has been posted).

General Arligan Zey - could boost the RCs. Pit droids from Ep1 - cheap repair. infected stormtrooper or wookie from the deathtroopers novel. Nimbus commandos. Sun guards of thyrsus - fringe anti mandos. Marit militia. a unique kaminoan like Lama Su, Tuan We, Oran Wa or ko Sai - maybe with a augment healng CE. clone trooper assassin. A whipcord or grappling hook ability, not sure how it would work though and the Null ARCs have to be done, maybe not all 6 of them prob just Ordo and Mereel but all 6 would still be cool, dont know about what abilites i'd give them as there all quite differnt, il think about that some more. and i know some of these would be difficult to represent as minis but there just ideas. And A huge amount of charaters can be done from stuff missed out from the KOTOR video games and even more from the upcoming MMORPG and stuff i agree with previous posts would include the extended grenades/mortars, trample ability, Darth bane with obelisk armour, Demagol, Rohlan Dyre, a new Corran Horn, new Jabba or another unique Hutt like Gardulla, Ziro, Qibbu and i think theres one from the SW battlegrounds game but i cant remember the name, a new Yoda i think is needed, and i like the idea of species commanders. and il join the protest for a Rebel Mon Mothma. sorry for being a bit mando heavy. Characters and concepts from Star Wars: The Old Republic, for example, Darth Malgus and Satele Shan, non-Uniques based on the class and advanced classes we don't already have, etc, a Dashade warrior, some of the Old Rep-era droids, etc.
The remaining playable characters from KotOR and KotOR II who don't have unique characters (G0-T0, Mical, Hanharr... Is that it?)
More expansion of "sub-factions" within the Fringe. Black Sun is already pretty solid, so many the GenoHaradan, Jabba's gang,etc.
Speaking of "sub-factions": Pre Viszla and more Death Watch for the Mandos. Also, Duchess Satine.
Ziro the Hutt!
Gryph, Camper, Demagol/Roland Dyre. Kerra Holt.
More commander effects and abilities to help the Old Rep, Sith, and Vong survive to adjacency.

Here's my small list of minis i'd like to see made. I don't know much about the Old Republic, Sith or Mandalorians - hence the short lists - but would love to see exciting new characters from those factions as well. Maybe from the upcoming Old Republic game?? I will probably add more to the New Republic and Yuuzhan Vong factions, as i'm reading the NJO books at the moment.

I'd like to see additional pieces that resurrect older minis. For example...
20 HP used to be significantly more than 10HP. Now they're virtually the same because rarely is an attack exactly 10HP. So Rapport -1 (or 2?) for faction allies who start with exactly 20HP. Or grant +4 defense. You could do this in the Rebel faction where there really are no decent 20HP figures, so you're not just boosting figures that are already good (e.g. Holosid).
Introduction of vehicles that cannot move without a Pilot aboard. Makes pilots more useful.
Someone else had suggested Coordinated Movement: At the end of this character's turn, an ally with Coordinated Movement may move 2 squares. Great ability, but instead of putting it on a new piece, grant it to an existing piece (e.g. Death Star Troopers, Rebel Marksmen, Gamorrean Guards). Especially useful for any piece with Deadeye or Mighty Swing.
Similarly, here's another ability that could be granted via CE to an otherwise non-competitive character (e.g. original Rebel Commando, Clone Trooper with Night Vision, Techno Union Warrior).
Cover Fire: When an enemy declares a non-melee attack on an ally within 6 squares, if this character has line of sight to the enemy and is not activated, cancel the attack. This character is considered activated.
The different types of movement breakers provide some of the biggest variety in gameplay. I'd like to see additional interesting movement breakers. Here are some ideas:
Grappling hook (on a Luke, Rebel or on Boba/Jango): Replaces movement; This character may move up to 18 squares in a straight line, ignoring low objects, difficult terrain, pits, and enemy characters while moving. Character may still attack on this turn.
Trap Door (On a Jabba emplacement): Replaces attacks, range 6; target enemy and 2 adjacent characters take 20 damage each and are relocated to their respective starting zones, save 11.

Crimson Nova Bounty Hunters
Breela Cost: 26 HP: 60 Def: 17 Atk: 9 Dam: 10
SA: Unique Speed 8 Crimson Nova: If a character whose name contains Breela, Zuckuss or Boushh is in the same squad, this character gains Advantageous Cover: (+8 Defense from cover instead of +4 ). Bounty Hunter +2: +2 attack against unique enemies. Jedi Hunter: +4 Attack and +10 Damage against enemies with Force ratings. Rapport (Non-Unique Bounty Hunters -1): Non-Unique Bounty Hunters cost 1 less when in a squad with this character.
CE: Each Crimson Nova ally within 6 squares gain Deadeye and Sniper. (use Crimson Nova BH mini from Jedi Academy set)

Lightsaber Combat Emulator: At the start of the skirmish, select between Shii-Cho, Ataru, Djem So, or Niman styles of combat, this character gains the use of that style for the rest of the skirmish. (use the same PROXY mini from the Force Unleashed set)

While that would be fun, it would work unless you create an ability that "At the end of this characters turn, he is defeated" because in order for Self Destruct to work with Melee Reach they have to be defeated while attacking.

Imperial Admiral Daala - she's too crazy not to have her own mini Sedriss QL - no match for Luke, but certainly loyal enough to a Reborn Emperor for interesting possibilities Hethrir - second rate villain

Abilities that require specific terrain to trigger. For example:
Sidestep: When this character is adjacent to a pit and is missed by a melee attack, the attacker must make a pit save or is defeated.
Hidden movement: If this character is targeted by a non-melee attack while in low objects, on a save of 11 this character may cancel the attack and move to an adjacent square with low objects. This movement does not provoke attacks of opportunity.

I would like the see a type of temp-control FP; which could be cool. Such as:
Greater Anticipation: Force 2; replaces turn/atk: Roll twice for initiative. This round; each phase you may activate up to X amount of characters per phase (including droid/savage)
Or some unique CEs (such as Revan's; Vader COTF/DJ; etc.) that are really cool and unique; compared to the boring ones such as Obi JGs; Vader LOTFs; etc. The ones that dont really reflect their character.

Something like... cost 55 Hp 130 Def 21 Att 10 Dam 20 Unique Melee Attack Double Attack Sith Hunter Force 2, renewal 1 Master Speed Lightsaber Block Force Push 2 Master Speed Lightsaber Assault (maybe) CE: Followers with sith hunter gain momentum, allies who begin their turn within 6 squares gain speed 8 for the rest of the round.

Oops accidentally put master speed twice on Lord Hoth. Here is a few more abilities I would like to see: Infiltration: This charachter benefits from enemy commander effects as if they were allied commander effects. Feint: If this charachter's first attack against a target is a miss, he gets +4 attack on his next attack against the same target. Grenade launcher: Replaces turn, range 10: 20 damage to target and each other charachter within 3 squares, save 11. This ability may also be used to target 1 unoccupied square within range 10, 20 damage to all charachters within 3 squares of the targeted square, save 11. There's just a few off the top of my head that I like

A type of Reserves that is accomplishment-based instead of luck-based. For example, this would be appropriate for a Scout Trooper on a speeder bike:
Gone for Help (Imperial 20): Once per skirmish, if this character exits the map while passing through the opponent's starting zone, add 20 points of Imperial characters in your starting zone. Place this character in your starting zone.
Or here's another version:
Call for Help 20: Replaces turn; if this character has half their starting hit points or less remaining, and has line of sight to at least 3 enemies, add 20 points of characters in your starting zone.

Abilities with some sort of "capture the flag" element. That is, triggering a bonus by being in the opponent's starting zone. For example:
Infiltration: If this character is in an opponent's starting zone at the beginning of the round, after initiative is determined, an ally can immediately move up to its speed before any other character activates
Information Retrieval: At the beginning of the skirmish, before setup, designate a square in an opponent's starting zone. Whenever this character occupies that square, opponents must announce which character they will activate next at the end of each turn.
Subterfuge: At the beginning of the skirmish, before setup, designate a square in an opponent's starting zone. If this character occupies that square at the beginning of a round, an opponent's lowest-cost character takes 20 damage.
