When you use MoP on a character and they roll a 1; they join your squad. So; if you end up defeating all your opponent's character but do not end up reaching 200 points (assuming that youre playing a 200 point match) because one of your opponent's character joined your squad; would you get a 3 pt or 2 pt win? Likewise; if Ferus switched size and the above scenario (not reaching 200 points) occured; what would happen? Same with the Imperial Inquisitor. Its probably covered somewhere in the FAQ but I do not know where to look (maybe under DT and Ferus' name?)

Sounds like technically a 2 because you didn't reach 200, but I would say 3 because you resoundingly completed full victory. Now get on Vassal so we can get our game in too!

You would get a 3pt win.
The first two sentences under Victory Conditions in the Floor Rules state, "Victory is achieved if one player eliminates his opponent's entire squad (including Reinforcements) at the end of a round while having at least one piece of his own remaining. If this has not occurred at the end of a round, if at least one player has scored points equal to or in excess of the format point limit (100, 150 or 200 points), the player with the most victory points wins."
So you would get a 3pt win just because he has no figures left on his side.

I had figures left on my side. Two Dark Jedi Assassins, who in one more round could have killed MtP.

Yep, I was more replying to Roy's assertion that you'd get the 3-point win because I didn't have any figs left, though I did.

Does the game end immediately when someone reaches 200 pts, or do you continue playing until time runs out? Conceivably, someone could wipe out the other side's squad but score fewer points.

Conceivably, someone could wipe out the other side's squad but score fewer points. The game ends immediately when the other side is completely defeated, or at the end of the round where the build total is reached in victory points. I haven't checked recently, but I'm pretty sure they closed the loophole of defeating the opponent's entire squad, but still losing on points.
