Where can you find the Twilek Bodyguard promo? In the TFU booster? At conventions? Also, is this one considered one of the rarer promos?

It was a pack-in with actual action figures for a time. Not all that rare or valuable.
There is at least 1 website that has plenty of them for $2 each.

I got one with Aurra Sing Unleashed action figure. That may be where the Unleashed rumor sprang from.

Yeah the unleashed line of "figures" were more like really detailed plastic statues. They are about 10 inches tall each and they always are in really dynamic poses. I collected them all and have them all still in package. Anyway - the first 10 that they released had a promo card for the CCG, and then Aurra, IG-86 and Stormtrooper had a SWM (all the Twi'Lek BG)
So I have 3 of that promo technically - but I don't want to open them up to pull out the figs. Some of the unleashed are worth quite a lot now. Especially Darth Maul (one of the first released and has an amazing pose), Slave Leia (all the fanboys love how hot she looks) and Padme Amidala (She was discontinued because you could see her hard nipples).

This mini came only in Aurra Sing and Stormtrooper, you could check in rebelscum, thanks for all.
