Deadeye + Mighty Swing Options

Can a character with the Melee Attack ability utilize Deadeye? I haven't found anything in the glossary or errata that says it can't. Deadeye simply stipulates that the character gains the +10DMG bonus if it doesn't move, but doesn't say that only characters without Melee Attack can benefit. I ask because I'm trying to build a squad containing a character with the Melee Attack SA that also has Mighty Swing and is in the same squad as the Rodian Hunt Master, whose CE grants Deadeye. Also, if the answer to the first question is yes, can Mighty Swing and Deadeye stack? Again, both simply state that the character gains the damage bonus (against adjacent units for MS) if it doesn't move, so I don't see why they couldn't.

I apologize if this has been asked before, but as you all know the search feature for the forums still does not work.

Melee units can use Deadeye. There is nothing saying that they cannot.

Deadeye and Mighty Swing are different abilities, and thus will stack.
