I was bored and looking for a little project, so I'm taking a look at Rebel Storm to see how the set could be brought up to date. I don't want to change the costs or base stats of any figures, and I want to retain the flavour of the original design and build on it. Any feedback is welcome

I personally would like to see the set re-costed, without any other changes.

I do think a RS-ROTS recost would be great, even an 'official' recost. Let's face it, there's a handful of figs that you'd never change (Doombot, Darth Sidious, San Hill, and a couple of others), but the majority could do with being recosted, so people actually used them again.

For Luke JK, I would take a little off of him, maybe take away Renewal and give him Force 4. Compare to the currently-usable Luke Jedi, who costs 2 more and has worse stats than your recosted Luke JK. Other than that, I think your stats look AWESOME! Cant wait to see what you do with characters like Vader, Palpy, and Boba. And the other BHs. Good work!

Awesome. When I first saw your premise restrictions I was skeptical, but each and everyone is bang on fantastic. Loving it.

Personally i think it was the cost that is the problem with Rebel Storm and many of the earlier sets. I know you say you do not wish to change cost but a lot of your new stats make some which were overcosted now undercosted.
Still as a fun project nice going and if you get enjoyment out of doing it, why not. Dread

Some of them are a little too much. Definately Vader, SL. He pretty much outclasses both JH and LOTDS.
And there are some that didn't really need to be changed. Palpatine, Tarkin, and the Probe Droid, mainly.

Yeah I agree too. Like I said above, I'd like to see an official recosting of RS-ROTS excluding the handful that are still good like Doombot and Darth Sidious.
