I'm hoping yes, because next time I play against my neihbor (later today most likely), I want all my droids in my seperatists squad to have +4 Defense/Attack and Twin Attack, and also any non unique droids within 6 squares of my General Greivous, Supreme Commander to Gain Double Attack and +4 Attack, thus giving any within 6 of GG, SC +4 Defense, +8 Attack, and 4 attacks. Pretty awesome if I can.

Sorry doesn't work like that. When it comes to CE's you take the higest modifier so if you have a +4 from one CE and a +2 from another CE, you would only take the +4.
Now if you are getting bonuses from different special abilities say opportunist and careful shot, since they are different named abilities then the attack bonuses granted from each one will stack so you could have a +8 to your attack on top of whatever your attack modifier is.

I wonder how you think you're going to do all of that. The +4 attack/defense and twin attack to all droids is the command effect of GG, Droid Army Commander. He's a unique so if you have him in your squad you can't field GG, SC as well because both represent the same individual.
Now if you take a Battle Droid Officer he grants non-unique allied droids +4 attack through the Fire Control ability which would stack with GGDAC's commander effect but not other copies of Fire Control. You can give droid followers with 6 squares of a Commando Droid Captain double attack although if a piece already has double attack (or triple/quad for that matter) it isn't going to help.

Sorry, typo. I didn't mean to put a General Grievous in the second one, I meant a different mini with that CE, since, like you said, they are unique. My friend and I usually ignore Uniques and play more than one anyway, but I had someone else in mind. Thanks for the help both of you!

The "Commander Effects" section of the rulebook glossary will answer your question.
