Hey guys, I have been wanting to do this for a while and I havent seen any one do since...well ever! I propse and would run (if I can use the name with the OK of shinja) The First Offoical bloomilk custom contest! The thing about this one would be that there would be rewards and voted on by the community. The way im thinking of doing it is to give every one a chance and see some new stuff. Im doing this thread first because I would like to see how many people would actully vote/participate. Heres my mock up of what the rules will be
Rules:
There would be a general theme to the customs (EX. wookies, jedi, anything from legacy era)
It must be a new custom and not yet seen by the fourms
No characters donated to the epic sets may be used
one entry per person
Have fun!
What im thinking about for the prizes is to have everyone who enters the contest (any one can enter) donate something star wars miniatures related. If your feeling generous you could donate a R/VR or sealed box, maybe a promo. I dont expect every one to be donation a darth revan or anything but also I would like a substantial prize pool. The prizes would be known to the public and I would ask to not donate something allready donated (aside from sealed boxes) so we dont wind up with x3 thrawns and x6 lograys for a prize. Im not going to penalize for some one who cant donate a R/VR but ask something be put in, a handfull of C or UC maybe. We would unanamiously agree on what the 'theme' would be, and you can put your two cence in even if your not entering. As a well known and (hopefully!) well respected member of the community with 35+ trades im hopeing I can be trusted with holding on to the prize's until the winner is picked. Im hoping that we can do this, and then many more after! Weather you think its a good idea, bad idea, would do it or not, let me know and lets get this off the ground!

I like the idea and I would certainly support it, but you are supposed to be helping us do the DOTF customs contest. I say we should focus on that first before having multiple contests at the same time.
And once that is done, then yeah lets do a new contest.
