Firstly, there is a Squad Building Discussion section, and you might want to post there instead.
Secondly, I think your thematic squad building is great! I especially love:

http://www.bloomilk.com/Squad/107658/felucia-will-not-fallThirdly, as far as designing squads for competitive play at a high level, I think you do have some things to learn. For starters, I suggest you read billiv15's article:
http://www.bloomilk.com/Article/2/competition-squad-design-101. If you have a competitive squad, it's very important that you have door control (Ugnaughts, R7, etc). You also want to have an appropriate number of pieces in each squad - as a rule of thumb 10-12 is the bare minimum in 200, and so go a lot higher in competitive play. In some of your squads, you could easily drop one of your lesser main attackers, and fill their place with some Ugnaughts, Mouse Droids, Camaasi Nobles, Rodian Brutes, R7, Wicket, or whatever other small tech piece you think will come in useful. Doing so will often make your squad a lot stronger.
Also, I bought this up on this squad when you posted it -
http://www.bloomilk.com/Squad/107252/rexs-wrecking-squad - I don't think you're quite understanding how Commander Effects apply.
47: General Skywalker (Commander: Commander Effect applies to followers)
33: Captain Rex (Commander: Commander Effect applies to allies with Order 66)
23: Commander Cody (Commander: Commander Effect applies to followers)
20: Commander Gree (Commander: the crucial part of his Commander Effect only applies to followers)
19: Republic Commando - Boss (Commander: Commander Effect applies to Republic Commando followers)
8: Mas Amedda (Follower)
A "follower" is a piece that doesn't have a Commander Effect. Most of the pieces in the above squad have a Commander Effect. Commander Effects apply to different pieces, depending on what the Effect says. If it says it applies to "followers", as most of the above do, then it applies only to pieces that don't have a Commander Effect. If it says "allies" then it applies to everyone.
So this squad only has one follower, and five commanders. Mas Amedda benefits from General Skywalker's CE, and the other Order 66 pieces benefit from Captain Rex, but basically you have a lot of Commander Effects that you're paying for and not using. This is covered in the Synergy part of billiv15's article - it's good to have an efficient squad where lots of pieces benefit from each other. Echo24 posted a great example of a very synergistic squad this morning:
http://www.bloomilk.com/Squad/108267/promote-synergy--like-a-boss- - have a look and see all the different interactions between the pieces.
It's also good to have a look at what did well at GenCon over the weekend too.
I hope this helps. I really like your enthusiasm on the boards and the squad builder, and hope that you stay around and keep learning! And you don't have to take on board everything I said - I'm far from the best or most experienced player on the board, and you might not want to go down the ultra-competitive road. But thanks for reading!
