Do you get the +10 damage to both attacks when using Twin or is it only the 1st attack? I would assume both but I know there are times when someone w/ Twin only gets the bonus on the regular attack but not the twin.

If it's a permanent bonus then the bonus would apply to Twin as well (e.g. Cunning/Opportunist). If it's a bonus applied for one attack, then the bonus does not apply to the Twin attack (e.g. Charging Assault +10, Princess Leia's CE, Djem So Mastery, Mon Mothma's CE).
