If I have a General Grievous, Supreme Commander that grants +4 attack and double attack, and a Loathsome that gives twin, can I get all three, or do I have to chose the +4 and double OR the twin?

You gain all SA and CE as well as the highest simple numeric bonus (like +4A or +4D).
