Reworked this character. I realized with Kelborn, Cassus Fett, the Mando Tech, the Mouse Droid, and that 10 pt Trader that gives out Relay Orders that the faction doesn't really need another RO character. I thought these abilities would make it useful enough for a cheap piece. Thoughts?
