Special Abilities

• Unique
• Diplomat (If an attacker has line of sight to any enemies without Diplomat, this character is not a legal target and does not count as the nearest enemy, even if adjacent)
• NSA (Allied characters always count as having enemy characters within sight for Recon)
• Deceptive (+10 Damage against an enemy who has activated this round)
• Obama Care (Characters your opponent controls must remove damage with Special Abilities or force powers if they can. Gain Victory points equal to the amount of damage your opponent removes from any of their characters.)
• Constitution? What Constitution? (This character may ignore the rules of the game if he so chooses.)
• Pro-Choice. (Whenever your opponent would bring in additional character into his squad via Reinforcements or Reserves, make a save of 11 for each character brought in. If successful the character brought in are immediately defeated)
• Impeachment (At the beginning of the second round your opponent may choose to activate 2/3rds of his characters in his squad, if he does, then this character is immediately defeated. This ability may not be canceled,r negated or ignored.)
