Special Abilities

• Burrower (This character starts off the skirmish underground. While underground, this character has Speed 8 and ignores characters, terrain and walls, cannot open doors, cannot attack or be damaged, does not provide cover, does not provoke opportunity attacks, and does not count as a legal target, the nearest enemy, or adjacent. While above ground, it cannot move, and can replace its attacks to be considered underground once more.)
• Melee Attack (Can attack only adjacent enemies)
• Melee Reach 2 (When attacking, this character treats enemies up to 2 squares away as adjacent)
• Triple Attack (On its turn, this character can make 2 extra attacks instead of moving)
• Attack from Below (Replaces attacks; this character is considered above ground. It can immediately attack an adjacent enemy with +4 Attack and +10 Damage. This character can only emerge in an empty space large enough to fit it.)
• Clamp (An enemy hit by this character's attack takes +10 Damage and cannot move this round; save 11 negates)
• Loud Noises (While underground, this character can be targeted by Grenades and Missiles. It does not take any damage from either, but if used, it must immediately move up to its speed away from the character who used them.)
• Savage (This character must end its move next to an enemy if it can and does not benefit from commander effects)
• Sense Vibrations (This character can only attack enemies who have moved and activated this phase.)
• Surprise Burst (If this character is underground and can make an opportunity attack, it immediately emerges and is considered above ground. It makes an immediate attack of opportunity against the enemy at +4 Attack and +10 Damage. This character can only emerge in an empty space large enough to fit it.)
