Special Abilities

• Anarchist (Not subject to commander effects. Suppresses enemy and allied commander effects within 6 squares.)
• Rival (Cannot be in a squad with any non-fringe characters.)
• Charging Fire (Replaces turn: Can move up to double speed, then attack)
• Momentum (If this character has moved this turn, he gets +4 Attack and +10 Damage against adjacent enemies)
• Demolish (Ignores Damage Reduction of adjacent targets)

Commander Effect

Fringe non-unique followers with a printed Attack of 6 or less and a printed Damage of 10 gain Charging Fire, Momentum, and Demolish. Fringe followers gain +1 Attack for each differently-named non-unique adjacent Fringe Ally.
