Revenge of the Sith character but increase Attack from 4 to 8, add Aggressive Negotiations, Opportunist +20, and Reveal Enemy Location.

Wow - Reveal Enemy Location is pretty harsh hatred against Emplacement. As good as an autokill against many of them.

Updated REL to affect characters with Speed greater than 0. Should remove that autokill scenario.
