Would be fine without Double Attack, but with it is undercosted.

501st Clone Trooper has similar stats, Double, Squad Firepower and far more Synergy possiblities in its faction for only 13 points.

he has soldier in his name, he doesn't need soldier. but he's pretty good, but still undercosted.

@D4-LOM: I believe that there is (somewhere) a character who gives OR Soldiers Squad abilities. He can synergize with OR Soldiers and Elite OR Soldiers.
