Addiction: Any time this character activates makes a save of 11. on a failure this character must move adjacent (or as close as possible) to a character with Drug Dealer, if already adjacent, this character cant move. When this character begins or ends an activation next to a character with Drug Dealer, it takes 10 damage. Characters with Addiction can not attack any character with Drug Dealer. Arcona characters automatically have Addiction when any character with Drug Dealer is in play.
