Just to clarify can your last squad add up to a bit less than 350 or does it have to be exact?

Post says up to 350 so you could have it 204 if you really wanted.

It can be less.
Also, important to note: yiu cannot bank points going inti the last round. So if yiur round3 squad is 196, the most you'll have in the last round is 346.]

I have submitted my first round squad and map to another person, so everyone can feel free to send me their squad/map with their squad link whenever you are ready to. We still have a couple weeks left for people to sign up and figure out what they'd like to run, so don't feel rushed. Hopefully we can have a few more join the tournament!
We have 10 players so far. Just to restate from an earlier post so it is clear, we are playing a total of 5 games before going to playoffs. 1 game in round 1 (100pt), 1 game in round 2 (150pt), 1 game in round 3 (200pt), and 2 games in round 4 (350pt). The size of the divisions doesn't limit the number of games played. It just means that we do round robin for matchups in the division first, and if that matches the number of games for all 4 rounds, then we'd go to playoffs after that. Otherwise, if the divisions are only 5 people, you'd play 4 games against those in your division (round robin), and then the last game vs someone at random from the other division to finish the main part of the tournament. Then we go to playoffs. I had seen someone say last week that if we had only divisions of 5 players that we'd only be playing 4 games, so i wanted to make it clear that we play a total of 5 games before playoffs.

A question was asked via bloomail: Can you bring in a character with reinforcements in the 350pt round. to answer the question: Yes
In our game standard 200pt games, we have a cap of 16 activations which includes activations added reinforcements. So i think it is fair to cap the activations at 19 for 350 since you are adding just 3 more pieces to the squad. I will post this in the forum to see what people think. It would be an issue if someone had a reinforcement piece brought in for round 4 and they are at 19 activations and then they bring in 7 more (ex: 6 uggie demo's and Kneesa) to get a massive advantage in out activating the opponent. I'd like to get everyones feedback on this if this is something people would feel is an issue or should be changed.
So to reiterate: you can add a reinforcement piece to your squad build from round 1 to 4. You need to keep the activation cap at 16 activations for round 3 and 19 activations for round 4. These caps include activations brough in via reinforcements.
Hope this is clear and makes sense.

How about upgrading a character? If I add three generic Darths in 350, can I then upgrade my 29 Palp-prentice to 39 Eternal Emperor? (assuming I'm still under 350 of course)

(assuming I'm still under 350 of course) Yes, you can upgrade and still add 3 going into the 350. You'd still have to be 19 or less activations and still need to submit a reinforcement list. At least I think. I know for sure you can upgrade and still add 3.

Im happy to run two or three different squads if you want more games... I still have the Republic one that I can't play because of the back-to-back Faction rule :(

Just as a reminder: people who'd like to join have until tomorrow evening to sign up and submit their squads/map for round 1.
I have received most of everyone's squads/map, so i'll send out bloomail messages to the couple that haven't yet. Looking forward to getting this tournament started and seeing what people are going to be playing throughout the rounds!
