... I was wondering about this awhile (a few weeks) back and I'd seen nothing on it.
Now don't get everybody get all cranked about this, but in a limited capacity, I might be willing to make a Small amount of custom cards for scenario-specific pieces/vehicles.

A thought I shared with SignerJ...
if we are able to see JediCartographer's map pack 5 and see the pieces in the next small 12-piece set (if there is one paired with Vset7), then we could focus on just 1 or 2 scenarios tied to the themed set that play on one of JC's maps. If we can at least get those scenarios playtested well enough to release with the maps and Vset7, that would make for a good release event of Vset7/the maps/scenario book all at the same time. This would scale back version 1 of this book considerably... to just a couple of scenarios plus rules for all the established game formats. But if we can get everyone involved to playtest the scenarios twice (or more) each, we could get 20-50 playtests for those scenarios, which should make them run pretty smoothly.
Thoughts?
(Of course, this wouldn't work without cooperation from the Vset7 design team.)
