Boba, BH would have the best chance at it because he got Disintegration and Flight. Others don't have any chance...

Also he can chase down pretty easy and if he goes first Boba BH is Toast, thats why I think Boba Merc has a higher chance of taking luke down.

After hearing about the new Luke in the tourney last night it will probably draw attention from GOWK for a bit. Everyone said he was virtually unstoppable. His only draw back is that crazy high cost.

Luke didn't seem to be too much of a problem in our release tourney, I went undefeated and never once faced him in four rounds, which means someone else took him out for me. So even in sealed he is beatable...Just as an addendum, there were 3 GMLS's in the tourney. I know one took out another in round 2. A bunch of Vong took out that one in round 3. I'm not sure what happened to the third. The last two undefeated squads both featured Yoda.

I only went by what I was hearing when I picked up my boy after work. David (swinefeld) pulled Luke and went 3-0. He said he pretty much wiped everyone out with it. My boy said he tried to kill Luke with his Vong but didn't get much damage on him before dying. He also didn't pull alot of auto damage. They had a good crowd. I think there were around 20. Maybe David will give us a run down on how things went for him playing.

Maybe David will give us a run down on how things went for him playing. Well, to be fair my SoS wasn't very high for the 1st two rounds, so I ended up in 3rd place, but I will say that I played him somewhat carefully, picking the right moments to run in and base multiple enemies, using move faster or Master Speed when needed, forcing the opponent to flee and get hit or risk a DSM beating and then get pounded the next round if init goes my way. I won some inits that helped a lot, but I also failed some saves even with 2 FP rerolls. Build up your force points, don't be reckless. Take out an R4 at the beginning of a round if you can to maintain high defense stats. Remember, if they hit you, you have a free 50% chance of hitting them back twice for a total 50 damage. They can block, but they spend FPs doing so. If they riposte - yep, more DSM damage coming their way. Vong are troublesome, but unless you are rolling absolutely crappy, you WILL kill them unless the other guy was lucky enough to pull a bunch of them and they swarm you. GMLS is absolutely sick in melee combat. If nothing else, you will ENJOY playing him in sealed. p.s. - I was amazed at how long my Youngling stayed alive with my opponents being preoccupied with Luke I think it had 5 or 6 FP at one point and fended off a number of shots from a Ranger and Stormtrooper with Deflect.
