Yeah we used to have our friend John be TO so we could all play since there were only 4 of us in the play group. He wasn't a player, so he just sat around and watched and/or did other things, lol.

I have a similar problem in Edmonton Alberta, the closest I have is five hours north to Fort McMurray where I trained my friends and family to play.
