You start with Empathy, so you don't have to base him. If you move out of the Empathy bubble, can you finish your move as if you don't have Savage since you started your move that way, or do you then have to run up and base the enemy? Even stranger... suppose you are in the Empathy bubble with an enemy 5 squares away. You go backward away from the enemy outside the Empathy bubble so that you have moved 2 and are 7 squares away from the enemy, but those 7 squares all grant Empathy. Now what? (If Savage is only checked at the beginning of the move, then it doesn't matter... same situation as before.) According to EmporerDragon, you check Savage at the beginning of the turn: http://www.bloomilk.com/forums/default.aspx?g=posts&t=7808It wasn't contradicted, but I haven't found the Nickname or Sithborg response. Ah, I see the question now. I agree with Emperor Dragon. I'd imagine it has been asked on WotC. Probably a good Q for FAQ expansion.

Do we know the approximate release date of this one? kind of curious to see if it will be before the DE Regional (if that indeed occurs on the 27th of July)

I could be totally wrong Andy but wouldn't the next release be post GenCon? It seems like that's how it has been done in the past.

I thought it was just prior to Gen-Conish, no?

Usually released before Gencon, but not legal for tournament play (outside of specific Gencon events) until after.

They said on SHNN tonight that Durge on Speeder is #7 from Vehicles of War micro-set. It's large base and the RM is Clone Strike Durge.

Sweep and Twin and Pull! the Chiss Captain is going to come in pretty handy, methinks.

Happy to see some more generic Chiss and that CE is very potent, might be fun with Alto and Nimbus Commandos. Also Thrawn+Chiss Captain+Klat Assassins...
And I like the new Aalya, glad to see a solid non-Commander version.

Interesting. VERY similar builds for Aayla and Zekk (Twin, Stealth, Synergy, Sweep, Pull). I kinda like it. Providing a common role for two different factions, meaning they'll play completely differently anyway.

Nimbus Commandos with Bravado, Ambush, Backlash, Deceptive and Cunning (with Jabba, CL) could indeed be fun
