It's probably already been stated, but I didn't feel like sifting through 12 pages to find it. I think it would be nice to see a couple more Felucian characters, like a Felcuian Warrior and a Felucian Chieftan to better fill out the Felucian sub-faction, if you will. As it is now, the Felucian Shaman doesn't really have anything substantial to work with. Some Jedi from the Council and more non-Unique, non-melee pieces for both the Sith and Old Republic would be nice as well. Just don't roll out another Bastilla.

Yeah, 3 Bastilas are a bit too much for a character that most people hardly know about. Yeah, Watto has been waiting around for a long time, and with the perfect character for a custom: the Toydarian Soldier(?).

Sarlacc (Emplacement, clearly, and possibly Epic)
An probably others. I know a bunch of them are non-combat so not as interesting, but you could have fun with SAs/CEs for them.
Here's an example for Shmi off the top of my head:
Cost: 5
Rapport (Allied Anakin costs 10 less)
Mother of Anakin: When this character activates, an opponent chooses where to move this character. If this character is defeated, allied Anakin gains Savage until he defeats an enemy.

Jocasta Nu has a lot of potential, in my opinion. She could have Jedi trainer, some other ability that shows that she is the archive keeper, and can attack weakly. I have a hunch that she will show up. Really, my intuitions usually come true. (I could tell that LEGO was going to come out with a new rancor set, and it will be one soon) I've got a midi-chlorian count of 76.

+1'd I think these guys *cough*top 2*cough* have been suggested more than ANYTHING else and this is the 3rd time in memory on this THIS thread they have been proposed. I think its time for designers to take a sneaky peak at this thread!  I guess that we will have to wait for Cloned Emperor Palpatine once again, since I think they won't release 2 palps in one set (Darth Sidious, Sith Mastermind from Bounty Hunters Challange- unless he is part of mini v-set) since we know that DS,SM will be in Vset 5. Can any1 from Vset team confirm/deny my assessment?

Another R2-D2 that i can use with my Republic squads would be nice. Maybe some more Mandalorian infantry. Some more Fringe bounty hunters would be nice.
