Ya, the no range on force premonition is bothersome. I really do not rangeless things (Yaddle) that do not make much sense.
I still do not think she will be played very much. The only way I can see her being played is if the other unique Covenant pieces that will be made are relatively cheap (30s) and have triple attack. That way the movement and attack is justified over the +10 boost where you have to get adjacent. Or something similar to that.

Which could be fun to have different options in OR. But trying to force her into being relevant by giving other pieces rival or anything that restricts Bastila will make for dull squad building. Even if I want to get away from Bastila, she is just too powerful.

Balance committee, imo, should make her have disruptive instead of board wide CE drop IMO and that would open up OR to so many more designing possibilities.

but it will never happen.

So here is to Covenant and the start of a potential competitive sub faction using uniques and melee attackers BlooMilk.



ADDITION: I do think that it sucks to limit Caedus and VoL (2 pushing competitive quality melee users). and want to second Shmi15's concerns on that regard. But right now she does not make a big enough splash to worry about.

I love Krennic already. Here's a squad that I think would do okay with some tweaking.

Not a fan of Triple disciplined leader... He does add a fun group tho, no where near broken, and looks fun. I think he could be fun, but his movement means he has to be in the action, and I think this squad would get torn up by any auto damage squads... Wait.... Force Users are not good, so that squad type you don't have to worry about... Maybe this will be better than I think.

Triple disciplined leader? Not sure what that means.

He has disciplined leader because it would all fall apart vs even distraction, much less disruptive or ABM.

The movement forces you to move toward the action. And yes - Krennic is intentionally a lead from the front commander, not a sit in the back one.

(200pts. 18 activations)

9 characters count as a stormtrooper, and the Death Troopers can Unit Bodyguard any of them plus the commanders.

Improved spotter 10 is awesome

Flim gives you a cannon shot or you can thorium charge to blow away a door. Doors will NOT be a problem for this squad.

I do not know how I about twin on this guy.

But he was not afraid to be in a fight, so at least it gets him in the fray.
