I pass by a different Target on the way home and I stop and buy 1 LotF booster, the first LotF I have bought in the sale. long story short : i scored my first DODONNA

I was at Target w/ the wife today and as usual I stop and look to see what boosters they have... I rarely buy them since I usually buy cases then trade to complete sets.
But today, I saw maybe 15 Force Unleashed boosters and right away we start hand weighing each booster and the wife says, "This one's heavy, I know there's a Felucian Rancor in there". So I feel the weight and start getting excited!
As soon as we sat in the car I fumbled in opening the package with her yelling repeatedly, "Rancor, Rancor, Rancor"... and lo and behold... A FELUCIAN WARRIOR ON RANCOR! I have one from a case pull, but the thrill of the hunt made this one special.
Woot!

Is the weight really really noticeable? There are a few at my local target but I wasn't getting much difference when feeling the weight, and I had someone else to judge and we kept saying different ones were heavier.

If you have a Tank Droid or TIE Crawler, hold one in one hand and a full can of pop in the other. That'll give you a good estimation of the weight difference.

Yes the weight is really, really, really, noticeable. Way heavier than the other huge mini's. I cherry picked 2 Felcor's at local Target's a couple week's back. When you pick up the booster pack and feel the weight you'll know you have Felcor.

Even without having held a Rancor before, the first time I picked up booster with a Rancor in it I said to myself, "That's a Rancor".
The weight difference is so obvious that if you pick up a booster that seems sorta heavy and ask yourself, "Is this a Rancor?" then it's not a Rancor.

Finally found some local stores with boosters on sale. I passed on the TFU booster since they had obviously been opened. I picked up 2 IE and 3 LotF. I got Arica, Luke Rebel Commando, Jagged Fel, Luke Legacy of the Light Side, and Boba Fett Mercenary Commander. Luke Rebel Commando was the only double for me. I'd say I'm fairly satisfied. I also picked up the last Clone Wars starter.

Picked up a Legacy today. Only one duplicate for me, but it was the rare. And I've picked 5 rares and 0 very rares during the clearance.

Woot! JUst the fact that your wife was Yelling "Rancor, Rancor, Rancor!!" makes her sound Cool!! HUsband and Wife on a Star Wars Toy Run....Can it get any better then THat!!!!!!!!!!!

There are three here much heavier than the others but I'm having a hard time telling if they are heavier than each other :/
Update, I got a tie crawler BUT I did pick out the palp on throne by weight, better than the rancor if you ask me

Kel Dor BH - actually, this is a duplicate too but it's only my 2nd and I don't mind a duplicate of this one. Picked up a GaW booster. Finally got a VR: Nahdar Vebb. Better than getting a duplicate, that's for sure. But all the commons/uncommons were duplicates, and there are plenty in that set I'm still missing. But at least they were duplicates of somewhat useful pieces - droids and clones plus a Senate Commando... but then another Rodian Trader. Good piece but not a very useful duplicate.
