It's not much but here's what I've gotten so far. Keep in mind, no commander effects and no force powers. Makes for an interesting character given the volume of defined special abilities this character must have.
Elite Scout 39 Hit Points 100 Defense 17 Attack +8 Damage 20
Special Abilities Melee Attack; Double Attack Acrobatic [Ignores enemy characters when moving] Evade [When hit by an attack from a nonadjacent enemy, this character takes no damage with a save of 11] Forward Positioning [Set up anywhere on your half of the battle map] Heavy Weapon [Can't attack and move in the same turn]

I'll confirm these: Attack +8 Heavy Weapon [Can't attack and move in the same turn] Please note that by not quoting Boggle's full guess above, I'm intentionally leaving the rest up in the air. ps: (Special) Abilities was also spelled correctly in the guess. We already knew it was there, but spelling counts. I don't add any extra characters as a smokescreen, so you'll need everything. Keep going.

(cost) 36 Hit Points 60 Defense 17 Attack + 8 Damage 20 Special Abilities Heavy Weapon [Can't attack and move in the same turn] Invisibility [Cannot be targeted by nonadjacent enemies] Twin Attack [Whenever this character attacks, it makes 1 extra attack against the same target]
Abilities can be added as it was spelt incorrectly in the earlier posts.
I changed Damage 30 to Damage 20 as there is still a "2" available, as Damage 20 is used more than 30. Plus changed Defense to 17 & Hit points to 60? as these stats have not been confirmed at the point of this post and these stats are quite common for non-unique.
Invisibility & twin are good possibilities, but I hope not. Yes I know that he/she/it has Heavy Weapons but most factions can get swap and those that don't have it will in time. I just never like Invisibility as a SA, and just hoped to never to see it again. Twin is so often used these days that I am expecting this.

Actually, the only guess on damage I reposted (as incorrect) was countrydude's guess of 10. That said, I won't torment everyone since it's pretty straightforward to eliminate the choices, and Heavy Weapon makes almost zero sense on a zero damage character. dreadtech wrote: Well then, I think it must be Damage 40

With 40 base Damage I'm gonna guess
Single-Shot Blaster (This character cannot gain Twin Attack)

It's a bit too early to figure it out now, but some form of Camaraderie might work as well (and given Swinefelds lack of confirmation on the rest of the special abilities in my earlier post, I'm trying to figure out how they might still fit in). Then again, I may be on the completely wrong track

Wait a minute...these stats look familar...
Droid (Immune to critical hits; not subject to commander effects) Melee Attack (Can attack only adjacent enemies) Heavy Lift (Replaces attacks: touch; move 1 adjacent Small, Medium, or Large ally to any space adjacent to this character. This move does not provoke attacks of opportunity.) Melee Reach 2 (When attacking, this character treats enemies up to 2 squares away as adjacent)

I like your thinking Unfortunately it can't be Heavy Lift as we have no remaining H or full stops to use. The others are possibilities though.

No capital U left for Unique? So probably not T1-LB "Elbee" as he would be unique. as that was my first thought when heavy weapons was confirmed as a SA. unless there should be a capital U?

Well if it is a Spider Droid, I would guess cost at 29. the original was 15. I would guess at this one been better, if it is indeed a Spider Droid.

For that sort of potential damage output I'm thinking there must be some drawback - maybe Melee attack? We can no longer fit droid in (no more capital D). Anyway, here's my next guess:
