Here's mine. A lot are the same, but I underlined ones I felt have not gotten fair consideration.
Old Republic Bastila Shan, Jedi Master Carth Onasi, Old Republic Soldier Atton "Jaq" Rand Old Republic Senator Master Thon
Sith Darth Revan, Sith Lord Darth Caedus, Sith Lord Exar Kun, Dark Force Spirit Lord Kaan Sith Recruit (Jaq would be on here - but I went by original faction, not affinity)
Mandalorian Kelborn Jaster Mareel (reinforcements + death shots = still awesome) Mandalorian Scout Mandalorian Captain Mandalorian Strike Force Leader
Republic R2-D2 Astromech Droid Yodabuck Captain Rex Mas Amedda Captain Swaps-a-lot (original Panaka)
Separatist IG-Lancer Droid Poggle the Lesser Battle Droid Officer Darth Sidious San Hill
Rebel General Dodonna Princess Leia Luke and Leia on Speeder General Crix Madine Luke Skywalker, Rebel Commando (WAAAAAAAAAY better than Luke HoE. - Movement breakers rule this game)
Imperial Thrawn (Mitth'raw'nuruodo) Admiral Gilad Pellaeon Admiral Ozzel Arica General Weir
New Republic Ganner Rhysode Mara Jade Jedi Luke Skywalker Galactic Hero R2-D2 and C-3PO, Galactic Heroes Han Solo Galactic Hero
Yuuzhan Vong Yammosk War Coordinator Nom Anor Supreme Overlord Quorreal Commander Sha'kel Yomin Carr
Fringe Tech Lobot Mouse Droid Zygerrian Slaver (makes squads that didn't need to be any better, much better) R7 Astromech Droid Rodian Brute (Crazy good for 3 pts!) (I rarely use uggies. I like override much better)
Fringe Attackers Dash Rendar, Renegade Smuggler Cad Bane Klatooinian Assassin (tech/attacker hybrid) Jareal IG-88a

Can you share your justification of Thon? I have heard mostly people griping about his size hurting him, and that its dangerous for him to transport allies. Id like to here the counter argument (plus we have had a few new sets since I last heard that).

Bryan Hole's GenCon squad prominently featured Thon, and only lost to the eventual 1st and 2nd place squads.
He is a beast himself (no pun intended), tough as a rock, force repulse 4 is awesome, and the mount ability rules.
Throw a mouse on his back and he gets the senators immediate attack anywhere, so he hits for 70 with Bastila on. 130 in a phase

Whats your reasoning on Lord Kaan? I have yet to use him, but that's because I haven't found a good squad type for him. (other that Revan SL but I haven't gotten that to were I like it.)

This squad (designed by Timmerb123) won two Regionals (on the same day!) in 2012. http://www.bloomilk.com/Squad/117445/jaqed-up---'JAQ'ed up!-- 62 Darth Revan, Sith Lord 36 Atton "Jaq" Rand 36 Lord Kaan 27 Lobot 16 Grand Admiral Rulf Yage 14 Exar Kun, Dark Force Spirit 6 Mouse Droid x2 3 Rodian Brute (200pts. 9 activations) It's still one of the better Sith options out there.

You dropping some hints about the best pieces in V-set 7? ;) I've been keeping pretty quiet ever since I accidentally spoiled Darth Talon in set 5, but what the heck. fingersandteeth wrote: Good lord this guy is stacked, one man army.
The Vong get their Bomb.

Yep, Swinefeld is right: this guy is SO cool. IMHO he's kinda like the Kelborn of the Vong. He's quite different from Kelborn, but his impact will be that the Vong now have some decent Tier 1 options.

He had quite a progression from beginning inception to end stats, but I really think he gravitated towards what the Vong NEEDED. When this set gets released, they will be a for real threat, like they should have always been. (For what it's worth - his name has already been semi-spoiled through Minos' camaraderie. There are a couple other possible game changers in vset 7, but I held back on those that have not been alluded to yet.)

I went through in my lunchbreak yesterday, and chucked everything in a pivot table. Here's the top 5 for each faction, as voted by the community. Seems like a pretty good list - go groupthink! Looks like 26 v-set pieces and 29 wotc pieces altogether.
Old Republic Bastila Shan, Jedi Master Atton "Jaq" Rand Satele Shan Carth Onasi, Old Republic Soldier Old Republic Senator
Sith Darth Caedus, Sith Lord Darth Revan, Sith Lord Darth Zannah Sith Recruit Exar Kun, Dark Force Spirit
Mandalorian Kelborn Mandalorian Captain Mandalorian Scout Mandalore the Vindicated Boba Fett, Mercenary Commander
Republic Mas Amedda General Obi-Wan Kenobi R2-D2, Astromech Droid Mace Windu, Legacy of the Light Side Yoda on Kybuck
Separatist IG-Lancer Droid Poggle the Lesser General Whorm Loathsom Battle Droid Officer Darth Sidious
Rebel General Dodonna General Rieekan Princess Leia Luke Skywalker, Rebel Commando Luke Skywalker, Hero of Endor
Imperial Thrawn (Mitth'raw'nuruodo) Admiral Daala Admiral Gilad Pellaeon Admiral Ozzel Arica
New Republic Ganner Rhysode Luke Skywalker, Galactic Hero Mara Jade Jedi General Wedge Antilles R2-D2 and C-3PO, Galactic Heroes
Yuuzhan Vong Yammosk War Coordinator Nom Anor Yomin Carr Supreme Overlord Quorreal Warrior Caste Sub Commander
Fringe Attackers Cad Bane Dash Rendar, Renegade Smuggler Klatooinian Assassin Morrigan Corde Zam Wesell, Bounty Hunter*
Fringe Tech Mouse Droid Ugnaught Demolitionist R7 Astromech Droid Talon Kardde, Information Broker Lobot*
* There were a couple of ties down here, which I settled arbitrarily. Sorry Jarael, Celeste, and Klatooinian Captain.... Zam had the highest Bloomilk rating, and Lobot seems obviously a more important piece than the KC. Also, if people voted for affinity pieces (eg Dodonna), I counted their votes under the original faction, but if they voted for the same piece twice (eg a vote for Dodonna in NR and Rebel), I only counted the vote once. Sorry for not making this clear at the start.
