Confused in KotR, how do force spirits work? When a dude dies doe he get to have his ghost remain?

That's a negative ghost rider, that pattern is clear.

Update on the Face Your Destiny event...

After careful consideration, Reserves and Reinforcements will be rendered inoperable.

This change will help with squad setup and will invariably keep the rounds flowing. As this is the first iteration of this event, the KISS principle seems the most prudent course of action to ensure a good time is had by all.

That's probably a good decision. My squad had no Reinforcements anyway, for exactly that reason: simpler is better.

I heard Lockport mentioned on Criminal Minds, they said the only day it doesn't snow is July 4th!

Well we are now Z minus 4 days...

Hoth like conditions this AM, thought I got frostbite on my thumb from snowblowing 14" in 30+ mph winds with a minus 22 windchill factor. Brutal!

We are in store for a very frosty FrostyCon this year!

KotR: If you have a large (or huge) based character, and it can't fit in the ring when it's number is called, what happens?

So after the side is determined for the character it will begin in the area with the most open squares. Any occupied squares will have the piece displaced until the area requirements are met. The displaced character will have the choice of available adjacent squares to choose to reposition themselves in.

Interesting. So the pieces already on the board get bumped. Won't come up a ton is my guess, but it would be funny to "push" an opponent next to another opponent

In fact is hasn't come up at all in the two previous years, so its a good question to get sorted out should that particular situation arise.

I used 2 levaithans last year, and every one ganged up on 'em cuz they're big & scary!

Hope this year isn't decided by dice, as to who goes in when.

Have we addressed that at all?

Good question Jak.

If memory serves, wasn't there talk of everyone starting with 1 in the ring then rolling from there?

Maybe it was just talk. Gerry's call obviously.
