Yeah I know what you mean. I usually have to find a really great deal before I'll consider buying a VR fig.
But on a happier note, I just got Vader LotF, so now I've got two complete sets! I'm anticipating GaW will be my next complete set, as the VRs I need to complete MotF and LotF are rather pricey. I should've kept that Grievous Kaleesh Warlord I pulled in my first MotF booster, but back then I knew he was a crap fig and I figured I could get something better for him. Oh well, lol.

Thanks to urbanjedi for trading me Freedon Nadd, I now have completed the series! Now to finish up R&I and start getting dupes for the V-Set ;)

I came into this pretty late in the game - I started picking up figured for my RPG group in August - only a couple of months now. That's been great because I picked up a bunch of figures for really low prices - but it's all been more recent stuff. Masters of the Force, Imp Entanglements, Force Unleashed and so on. I only have a couple of the Rebel Storm figures that I bought as singles and absolutely nothing from Clone Strike, and there's still great gaps in my collection that will probably never get filled (like the four VR figs from Dark Times that I dont feel like paying 70 bucks for).
So ah well - I've just resigned myself to the fact that I'll never have 100% of all the figs, despite my OCD completest nature.

Just got JM Kit Fisto, so now all I need for complete GaW, MotF, and LotF sets are VRs. Hoping to trade / pull them as most of their prices as singles are ridiculous, lol.

BENE: Darth Sion is one of my high wants as well, so sorry can't trade you him, lol. Besides, given the choice of having Grievous KW or Sion, I'd keep Sion 10 times out of 10. He can be fun to run!

The only chance I had so far to trade anything for a Sion was when a kid at the school I teach at had one. He asked what I'd give for it, so I offered 5 uniques for it, including VRs. He then went to another student who offered 7 pieces and back to me asking what I'd give. I got disgusted by the greed so I backed out of the bidding war this kid tried setting up once I figured out what he was doing. Kind of a nasty behaviour and I was somewhat bitter because this kid had been given very advantageous trades with me in the past and this is even after he tried to steal my school club's GGDAC piece. Sorry, had to rant.

In other good news, just ordered Whorm off of CoolStuff, so that makes a Complete GaW! Unfortunately that means I'm done with all the sets you can find at Target for discounted prices, so if I want to complete the other sets, it's gonna cost me. Ah well, hopefully people are still around for trading.

I am shockingly close to 100% - considering I've been getting figures for 4 months now (more or less). I'm at something like 79.8 percent, with a box of Universe coming to me for Christmas. But aside from Champions of the Force, Bounty Hunters and some Clone Strike, I'm in pretty good shape!

Well, I'm done. Set up a trade for my last piece. Just cost me two of my decent VRs, but it was worth it.
