Looks like you got me this week; I'm sitting second I believe (tied with Saber1's... or since we have the same amount of votes placed (8, 9, 10 and 9, 9, 9), who exactly gets priority? The 10 I assume?). Not that it matters; I liked your Shimrra, and I think it deserved to win! ThumbsUp BlooMilk

Thanks! As for your question, it is a tough call as there are arguments to calling it both ways. I guess it would need to come down to a tie breaker (or flip a coinRollEyes)

*Deathwielded: Your entry was very, very good, but I had to vote based on the piece I reviewed. At the time of my review (after voting began) it had some issues that I addressed above. In the interest of a fair and managable contest, I am compelled to keep my review/rating/vote as is. As a fellow player, rater and custom stat creator, I highly appreciate your receptivity to my input. With the changes you've now made I feel your piece is fantastic.

You got it absolutely correct. when a character is entered it has until the deadline to get all of its changes, rewording, ect done. After the deadline it cannot be changed in order garner a higher score, however we can change them after the contest so we get the best custom characters that we can. I realized in hindsight that it appeared like I was trying to "help" you vote for my character, this wasn't my intention but I can see how it would appear that this was the case. (I got a new rule to add nowOMG)

Pegolego: Positives: The True Way (needs some wording tweaks but perfect. Take that, you mouse droid heathens) and Merciless/CE for Merciless (I languished between Merciless and Long Shot both for a while). Negatives: Not that much to say. I am not a fan of Large minis without significant movement breakers as MOST are put in the dustbin of obscurity but it fits him. If I had to pick an issue, it's the low attack even with DoF (that sounds familiar).

Thanks a lot! Yeah, I may correct the lower attack. Thanks for all the complements (and that bit of useful critique), but what is your rating for him? Scared

I believe you missed markedman247's ratings... Were they too late?

Anyways, congrats with your great Shimmra! ThumbsUp

Yes they were even after the extended deadline.

Ah, I see. I thought the times shown on here were another zone, I was confused. Now I see that it was late. I would have had 3 straight if they had been just a tad earlier LOL Razz , but it's better this way; I didn't have an idea for a character to choose this week Confused

Lord_Ball: Positive: This guy is the definition of tank. High HP and Parry. Very nice. Negative: Callous and the CE. I like the "fail and die" CE's but not when they they boost their boss... directly. (We've seen the Fail and Die work well with Bombs)

Just to be clear callous is optional - clicking into it for the "glossary definition" might clear up any concerns, other than that I'm not sure what you mean by boosting their boss directly as shimrra isn't subject to his own CE. If you could elaborate I can see about cleaning the wording to achieve the desired effect.

Ahh I didn't realize that until just now! So sorry peg, but hey that just means your customs are that much better overall Wink

I'll review it today. I may, in my haste, misread some crucial details.

Yeah, besides picking the character, I'm not as thrilled with winning as much as just seeing that people ARE voting for my pieces, and rating them high compared to others in the same category at the same time. I was never really certain how much more than a few people really liked my customs, and it seems now that a lot of people do.

So thanks to everyone. BigGrin BTW, next time that I DO win, I have an excellent idea now! Woot
