If the timing works out and that I have the cards early enough before Gencon, I'm going to try to mail out the card you each work on and have you autograph it to hand out with the custom. That way, the people who win your mini, will know who to thank for the awesome job! :) LOL; but wont that ruin the card? I would think that some people might not want their card to be signed. Heck, I was going to autograph the mini on every section that was glued, pasted, painted, and even reconfigured. I really need my validation. :)

I too would like to know which factions and characters are still in need to be made before i commit to the project as it will in all honestly depend on which figures I have to customize.
Also my customs are not in the same league as some of the other members so I would only do one if you still need me. Dread

Lily - Fringe Marked Man - Republic Billiv15 - Separatist Urbanjedi - Vong I assume? Creme_brule - Imperial Cerous - Sith Darth Sal - Mando DarthMalus - NR DarthBane - Republic 2 Jake Schuler - 3 Faction Guy Chad B - OR
That leaves from my count just the Rebel left unclaimed.
And thinking about the choices, I'm going to select Dreadtech to make the final mini. PMing you the figure. If by chance Dave doesn't want this figure, then I will offer it back up to the other two volunteers first.
As for Darkscarr and JediOompalumpa, if either of you are still interested, I'd be willing to hand off my own position to the first one of you who PMs me. I assumed I'd be hard pressed to get 12 people this quickly, but you guys have presented me with an alternative problem, too many to choose from!

Hey, just a quick question for thsoe of you who are doing a custom--are you planning to base your mini on a round (assuming medium-size) base? Or are you planning to base it on a square base to get more surface area to do stuff?

I'm planning on a round base right now, but that doesn't mean I wont change my mind if I need the space.

Mine will most likely be a repaint with just the odd thing added. Can we post pictures of our customs? or do you want the characters kept secret?

I'll probably keep a round base, only because I remember the square "Anniversary" bases being ripe with controversy! Lol

Has anyone seen any stats yet? I need to get some info to help the accuracy of the custom.

are any of you guys doing an action scene (ex: wookie tearing apart a BD) or an epic scene (ex: jango BH)? Or maybe a mix of both?

Sorry I'm late to the thread; that's what I get for going to a couple of ball games this week. If you have dropouts or people suddenly swamped at work, I'd be interested.

Re: Creme Brule I am doing the first.
As for base, well, I am using the base size the main character usually is.
On stats? I don't think anyone has been told the stats.
As for contacting me on SWM Gamers: Markedman247 (the capital M means I am the MAN.. ok, maybe not)

I suggest if we want to communicate with each other ion ideas or opinions, we should ask Shinja and billiv if they could opne us a hidden thread? Or would it just be easier to swap emails?
