I've been to two Best Buys here (Phoenix, AZ area) on several occasions and have seen them stock LOTF at least twice (I bought six the first time, and then went back and they each had 12 more).

Has anyone ever seen KOTOR on sale at Target? If so, where? I'd love to buy a half dozen of those before all is said and done.

It seems that the West Coast is where the Legacy wound up. That's how I wound up completing most of my collection, buying the odd LotF here and there.

I've only seen the odd KotOR set here and there - perhaps 3 or 4 since I started looking and no RotS at all.

grabbed a bunch the other day and one today at Target.

out of 6 CW boosters i got 2 Holosids, ashoka, Gree, and the millionth gha nacht and nelvaan anakin.

the one JA booster I picked up had the Dark woman, which was a real shock and pleasure. she was the last piece I needed other than Plagueis.

I have still not seen any LOTF. just a ton of CW, IE, JA, and GAW. and everywhere ran out of TFU like no problem.

I've never seen boosters at a Best Buy in Ohio. Where would they be in the store? Near the magazine / book area?

In Borders at Cincy, boosters were either behind the counter or with the Sci-Fi novels (specifically the Star Wars section).

I've noticed that too. Like half the boosters are VR. I've bought 4 or 5 and gotten all VR. What states have Targets with Legacy?

actually those boosters (CW) seem a bit skewered. Apparently at some places (ie.: where you're at) the VR rate is like > 1:2 ratio. At the target near me ive pulled i think 2 VR out of 7 CW, and that's not counting th two other boosters i left that i could tell had a gelagrub. so that's like 2 out of 9. On the bright side though those two VRs were Rex and Yobuck. The downiside is both figs had horrible paint job on both, Rex's helmet paint was slapped on waaaay to high, and one of yobuck's eyes is on his nose.

i dont think borders sells minis anymore. I've checked two borders near me multiple times after target started their liquidation sells, and ive checked their site (and typed in "star wars miniatures" in the search box) and no results popped up.

Borders in Va. has minis but only because they're full price and never sold. CotF was at a local Borders until about 4-5 months ago. The only boosters at the Borders I've seen are TFU, MotF, Legacy, DT, and Universe.

What coupon? I have to drive to MD. tomorrow and I know of at least 3 Borders on the way that have minis. The local one has 2 TFU, 2 MotF, and 1 Legacy. They've been there forever, no Rancor in TFU too light. The one in Manassas I believe has Universe not sure how heavy.

Check out dealigg.com and search borders coupons. Borders ALWAYS (i repeat, ALWAYS) have a 20% coupon off an item in the store, plus if you become a rewards member for borders (it's free) other memeber's coupons such as 30-40% coupons come 'round every [other] week or so. That's where i bought my SWM before target liquidation sales came about; always using a coupon. And to top that all off they give you 5$ bucks in-store credit for every 150$ you spend there! :)

Wish I knew this when all those light blue boxes were there. they're always so expensive. TFU is $24.99.

All for trade/sale.

Though I pulled some good custom fodder, which is why I bought the boosters.

Well, I got hosed at my last visit to Target. I bought 2 RotS, 3 Legacy, and a JA and pulled

Luke, LotS #6
Deena Shan #4
Lumyia
Darth Tyranus #3
Tarfful #2
Kyle Katarn, CI #2

Fortunately, my purchases from the Shopko I work at were a bit better as out of a GaW and 2 IE I got a Captain Argus and a Mouse Droid (As well as Crix Madines numbers 4 and 5, but the less said about them the better).
