Or would it just be easier to swap emails? Bill said he was going to open a hidden thread over on Gamers that only we (and probably the mods as well along with everyone else whos in this conspiracy :P) can access. Checked Gamers and didnt find the hidden thread yet.

Mine is ready and wrapped with foam but I am sure that, despite the Italian "Fra-gee-lee" on the side, it will be bounced around like a hacky sack at an anti-war rally.

I fear the same... I cut up so many pieces that I think my custom is more glue than plastic (just kidding ;) ). But I fear the same as both of you--my custom is so fragile i have no cluen what/how Ill package it in....

I had to go to the hobby shop and get some of their railroad foam. They make it for war games as well with tearaway pieces to fit the model. But it's a bit pricey. 18 bucks for about a sheet that is about 3-5 inches thick, about 9 inches wide, and about 1 foot long. I have it clipped and modified to put the piece in but, like the last custom I did, it may not help.
Also, under advice from a postal center, you foam the piece, put it in a small box, then put that box in a larger box with foam around the smaller box.

Hey; has anyone found out if bill opened up a thread over on gamers where we can post pics? Really eager to post mine and see others as well.

Almost finished mine. He kinda dwarfs other minis on a medium base, but since its an EPIC mini i didnt think scale would matter too much.

Haha I am actually looking for ways to make mine taller than the average SWM.... may use some Clix parts.
Edit.... I am really looking forward to seeing all of these. After Gencon we should make a thread of pics, with the name of the maker, and the winner who selects each mini. Maybe throw some basic custom tips on how they were made in for people who want to try their hand.
