I figured she would be, and was surprised. Next time I'll bet.

I think with Grievous, a new one is definitely justified. The only Grievous I see get used is GGDAC, as a commander of droid armies. Having a much more combat oriented piece is definitely a good idea.

I'm happy to see new ones of all the other figures too, but that's the one that sticks out to me as something we really need.

shrug

I could easily design a new Vader in each set, each one unique and bringing something new to the table, for years. Same could go for any of the main characters. It is a balancing act.

I think that Yoda's ability should say: "At the end of its turn, if an ally with a Force rating made only one attack ON ITS LAST turn, it may make one additional attack against the same enemy if it can."

instead of: "At the end of its turn, if an ally with a Force rating made only one attack THIS turn, it may make one additional attack against the same enemy if it can."

because It couldn't have made an attack on Yoda's turn.

You have it all wrong. If it were to function as you think it does, it would read: "At the end of this characters turn...". The 'its turn' refers to the ally, not Yoda himself. So the CE would trigger at the end of the allys turn (if that ally only made one attack during its turn).

I know that, that's why I was asking approx time. Such as in about 5 hours or whatever it happens to be.

I mean is it going up morning, afternoon, evening nighttime where you are?

A very nice set. not sure a 3 point Ewok need both +4 defence and Advantageous cover Cursing , but am sure that chewie in the walker will not last long anyway.

My only real complaint is having duplicate characters (as in the same unique character) in the set twice. but there is a lot to like about this set, so 9/10 from me. look forward to seeing how others rate the set.

Well with VSets, the easiest to do is copies of the unique minis we already have, also if the characters keep hereof used im new books, games and the clone wars then sure, easy slots to fill and us fanboys get another copy of a favorite piece.
Also agree with the posted Grievous comment, glad tongave a new combat piece and a shield bot just in time.

As for the unmade versions of the others:
Luke Skywalker as Imperial
Luke Skywalker, Exile
Leia, Chief of State
Han Solo, Pilot of the Millennium Falcon
Yaddle (instead of another Yoda, come on that one is easy)
Darth Vader, TIE Ace
Darth Vader, Dark Master (Force Unleashed)
General Grievous, Hero of the Confederacy (Epic!)
NK1 Necrosis (Imperial Grievous)
Qymaen Jai Sheleel
Obi Wan, Jedi Healer (from Seige)
Ben Kenobi, desert protector (for Luke)

Why the Genoharadan Assassin is the Recommended miniature for Jedi Battlemaster, and why not the Jedi Battlemaster from Jedi Academy set???
My suggestion:

Jedi Battlemaster (Republic) = Jedi Battlemaster (Jedi Academy)
(see above)

Lowbacca (New Republic) = Chewbacca of Kashyyyk (RotS)
(Because Lowbacca is the nephew of Chewbacca, and seeing the picture on the Wookieepedia, he looks like Chewie, not Merumeru)

IG88-A (Fringe) = IG-86 Assassin Droid
(If I wish to use his Replication ability - so, if I wish to see the IG-88 from Rebel Storm, IG-88 Bounty Hunter from Bounty Hunter, and IG-88 Assassin Droid from Dark Times in the same squad - I must have two of IG-88 from Rebel Storm set. Why?)

How do you thinking about this?

(Ok, I love the new V-Sets, but sometimes I don't understead why is the recommended miniature for the given character, and not an other which may looks like better and more similar. So, how do you select this?)

I'm sure the reasoning for not using a Chewbacca for Lowbacca is due to Chewbacca (any) can be brought into the NR via Anakin Solo's Affinity (in which case you'd need 2 Chewbacca of Kashyyyks)

As for IG-88A I'm guessing it's due to the IG-86 being a very popular non-unique where as the original IG-88 is not so popular

All that said they are only recommended miniatures and as long as your opponent can easily tell who represents who you're free to use whatever minis you want.

Okay, I see, BUT

1.) The Recommended Miniature will be printed on the stat card! (for example the Jedi Battlemaster looks cool than the Genoharadan for Republic JBM)

2.) There is also other useful and popular character as Recommended Miniature (for example: Veteran Rebel Commando as Lt. Page.) Why?

3.) If my opponent also use Droideka and Series II Destroyer Droid in his/her squad, I don't tell my opponent to use the Destroyer Droid from RotS as Droideka, because the official Recommended Miniature for Droideka is also the Destroyer Droid from Clone Strike. (And yes, I don't know why is the Destroyer Droid from Clone Strike is the recommended miniature for Droideka, while this miniature is also the RM for Series II Destroyer Droid).

Yeah, GGDAC is the only one that's worth playing of the greivous'. And maybe scourge of the jedi.
GGHOH is also the only cheap-costing jedi killing GG out there.

I really think that padme is already too many as it is, though. What is it, 4 now? There's already a good variety of her out there, I don't think that we needed the last two v-set versions.
