Hit one Target in Warren, Michign. Bought their last 5 boosters- 3 IE and 2 JA. Darth Sidious Sith Master, Moff Jerjerrod, Master K'kruhk, Logray, Lobot CLO, 3 mouse droids, 2 Jensaarri defender Not too bad, but honestly the mouse droids were the best part....

I've hit a few Targets over the past week or so. Finally lucked out and found one with more than JA and IE. I nabbed two boxes of TFU (Lobot, Hoth Han, and Wookiee-Hunting AT-ST). I also grabbed the last JA (just for the heck of it, although I would have been very happy to get Dark Lady or Sith Maul--yet another GMLS bleh) and two IEs (hoping for a Mouse droid--no luck!).
I left behind 2 GAWs (the first I've seen in a while).
The thrill of opening 2 square boxes was worth the twenty bucks.

Found a few more boosters on the 4th. My wife forced to get the rest of IE even though I only needed Xizor and any mouse droids I could get. We bought 5 IE (thinking we could give 3 to a nephew towards his birthday gift next month) one CW and 2 JA (everything they had). First IE pack she opened (if she opens then I get to have/buy more), Xizor, Mouse Droid, and Whipid Tracker (I wanted 1 more). 2nd IE had another C-3PO (he must be a common based on how I pull him) with another Whipid Tracker plus the last Rebel Commando Pathfinder I wanted. CW pack had a duplicate Padme (nothing terribly exciting though). JA packs had a duplicate Qui Gonn, a Master K'Kruhk (1 of 3 VRs from that set I needed), a 2nd Battlmaster, 2nd Sith Lord, and a few other lightsabers. Unfortunately, I still have not pulled 1 Sith Apprentice or Ossus Guardian yet. BountyHunterH

@BountyHunterH: I pulled a Sith Apprentice AND an Ossus Guardian in the last pack of JA I found.
I hit a Target today that had a number of packs, but the prices were all over the place (3.99-8.99). I picked up a TFU for 3.99 (Kazdan Paratus, Knobby White Spider, Stormtrooper and Ugnaught Boss) and a LotF for 6.99 (Luke LoLS). I left behind 2 GaW at $7.49, 3 IE at $3.99 and four more of the same at $8.99. Yeah, all at the same store. I've got one more nearby Target to hit tomorrow, or tonight.

Good news for me as one of the Targets I raided about a week ago had restocked last night. Unfortunately just IE and JA with one GAW, so I bought the GAW. Obi-Wan.
I am at the point now where I'll pass up IE and JA but buy anything else at 3.99

If you're desperate for anything but JA and IE, you might want to try the Shore. The Target in Tom's River had 2 TFUs (sorry, snatched 'em up) and a few GAWs. On the way down, we passed two other Targets (between Lakewood and Tom's River) but I didn't have time to stop at all of them. I've got a good feeling about them, though.

In Chicago and Wisconsin while on my business trip I stopped by a Target in each one. Both had boosters at the reduced 3.99. Then I came home back to Cali....checked my local Target....everything was normal priced (7.49+). What the heck? A couple questions though: How much does the reduced-price GaW cost? Also; are any of you finding anything else other than IE, JA, GaW, and TFU? If so, are they also on an extremely reduced sale price?

The bunch out in my area are more or less dry East Windsor Princeton New Brunswick Fairfield East Hanover Freehold haha those ones are pretty much picked clean, not necessarily by me either.

Hit 2 Targets today. Picked up 1 TFU, 1CW, and 4 JA. I left behind 1 JA and 1 GaW because they were 8.99 and they wouldn't budge on the price. Needless to say, I left behind all the IE.

I'm seeing mostly IE (which I stopped buying at this point). Maybe we'll get lucky and they'll eventually be $1.99... I'll start buying them again if that ever happens.
I've been to 6 different targets in the area. Two had nothing. Four had 1 TFU each (I bought them all). I'm also seeing some odds and ends including 1 CW, 1 GAW, and 6 JA. I'm still buying these until I get a dozen bosters of each to save for the future. I'm only opening TFU at this point.
I heard some folks were seeing Universe for $3.99. I would snag any of those I saw at this price.
Anyone seeing ROTS, A&E, or LOTF for $3.99? I've seen all of these in the past, but none since the $3.99 sales started.

Stopped by the Target by my parents place over the 4th of July weekend and found a heavy TFU booster and was finally able to PULL a Felcor (I have 3 now). Also pulled Luke, HPU (I have 3 for trade now  )

Swung by Target today to see if they restocked, but only saw 3 IE boosters left. I figured "what the hey" and grabbed them. I got Jerrjerrod, Logray, and Palpatine on Throne, so I did decently.
They also had those lego minifigures on clearance for $1.50 so I picked up a couple of them and got the Hazmat guy, so I'm pleased with that.
