Judicial Intimidation May chide, intimidate or berate tournament officials prior to any ruling. Rulings in favor of the opponent can be ignored.
Government-Run Health Care Replaces enemy's attacks: remove 20 Damage from 1 ally within 6 squares
Death Panels Characters with 20 or less Hit Points are immediately removed from the battle map and are considered defeated
